All purchases made on Skinerama.com are for digital, non-tangible virtual items. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, all transactions are non-refundable. Once an item has been:

  • Delivered to your Steam account, or

  • trade offer has been sent,

The transaction is considered complete and final.

2. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your item due to a technical error on our part, we will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

  • You must report delivery issues within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Failed Trades

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or inactive Steam Trade URL

  • Account restrictions or trade holds

  • User configuration or inventory settings on Steam

4. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud:

  • Some orders may be flagged for manual review, which could delay delivery.

  • In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or hold orders without notice.
